中职生创业能力培养研究

——以徐州JS学校为例

摘 要

随着经济社会对技能人才综合素质的要求越来越高，中职生单一的技能知识

以及对自主择业的迷茫已经远远不能适应社会的要求，也满足不了青年人追求事业发展的迫切愿望。作为中职生培养的主体——中职校应大胆改革传统的教育观念，树立以“能力为本”的教育思想，相信学生的能力发展，激发学生的创业潜能，鼓励学生创业实践，实现教育与市场对接、与社会对接，通过在校创业能力培养，帮助中职生平稳完成角色转变，为学生的终身发展打下坚实基础。

本文主要采用了文献研究法和调查法。通过查阅大量相关研究成果，梳理中职生创业能力研究的现状，借鉴教育学、心理学的相关理论，确定研究内容和研究方向。通过对徐州JS学校在校生、教师、正在创业的校友进行调查，了解中职生的创业动机、创业意向、创业能力的现状和特点，从三个不同的角度反映出不同群体对学校创业能力培养的迫切需求。从社会环境、家庭因素、学校因素及学生自身因素四个方面分析中职生创业能力培养存在问题的成因。从学校、社会、学生个人三个维度有针对性地提出中职生创业能力的培养策略，即建立中职校创业能力培养机制；构建有利于中职生创业能力培养的社会环境；提高中职生综合素质，培养创业能力。

区别于大学生创业能力培养，本文聚焦于中职生这一特殊的目标对象；区别于宏观的创业教育研究，本文聚焦于创业教育的核心问题——创业能力的培养。本文的培养对策尽可能切合中职校、中职生的特性，除了社会环境的影响因素之外，重点挖掘中职校、企业以及学生自身对创业能力培养可能的潜在力量，这是以往研究较少考虑的，也为探索提高中职生创业能力的多种途径提供了方向。

Abstract

With the economy and society overall quality of skilled personnel have become increasingly demanding, vocational skills and knowledge as well as single students choose their own jobs on the confusion has not adapt to social requirements, young people can’t meet the urgent desire to pursue career development . Vocational training as the main body of students - in vocational education should be bold and reform the traditional concept of establishing a \that the development of the ability of students to stimulate the entrepreneurial potential of students, encourage students to business practices, to achieve the education docking with the market, and the community dock, through in-school entrepreneurship training, help in the smooth completion of the changing role of vocational students, for students to lay a solid foundation for lifelong development.

This paper mainly adopts literature research and investigation method. Through consulting a number of related research results, comb secondary vocational students undertaking abilities, the present situation of the research, from the pedagogy, psychology related theory, determine the research content and research direction. Through to Xuzhou JS school students, teachers, is the business survey, understand alumni of the secondary vocational students of entrepreneurial motivation, business intent and creative ability, the status and characteristics from three different angles reflect different group for the demands of the business school entrepreneurial ability cultivation. From the social environment, family factors, school factors and their own four factors analysis of secondary vocational Students’ creative ability training exist the cause of the problem. From the school, society and individual students three dimensions have secondary vocational students and puts forward the creative ability training strategies, namely, to establish vocational schools in business ability training mechanism; Construct to secondary vocational students of cultivating the ability of

social entrepreneurship environment; Improve secondary vocational students comprehensive quality, to develop their skills.
