2. Roof Works, including inspection屋面作业，包括检查

? A risk assessment must be done on all roofs to indentify safe access roofs and unsafe

access roofs. This risk assessment must result in an inventory. Signs must be placed at all fixed accesses to roofs (see for example picture beneath) 必须对所有的屋面进行风险分析来确认是安全屋面还是不安全屋面。风险分析后形成屋面台账。所有屋面固定的入口都要张贴标识（见下文图片）

Safe access roofs are roofs that comply with the following requirements: 出入安全的屋面符合下列要求： o Flat and

For all works(except for routine jobs such as inspections and cleaning on safe roofs) on all roofs (done by contractors or own employees), a specific risk assessment/ method statement must be prepared by a competent person to make sure that risks are recognized and assessed and that the appropriate control measures are specified. It should identify work positions, access routes to the roof and on the roof and show:
