高空作业

1. Purpose 目的

Each plant must implement technical and organizational measures to assure that work completed at heights and near abysses is: 每家工厂都必须采取适当的技术与组织措施： ? avoided (look for alternatives)

? restricted (authorized operators, work permit)

对高空作业或临边作业实施限制（授权作业人员、工作许可证）；

? done in a safe way in accordance with the ABInBev and legislative requirements 按照百威英博和法规要求以安全的方式进行高空作业或临边作业。

2. Scope and definitions 范围与定义

This procedure applies globally and to all work at heights completed by all plant, primary logistics employees and also contractors.

本制度适用于全球范围内所有工厂、一级物流员工以及承包商的高空作业。

Accredit expert = an internal or external person that is qualified / competent by training and / or local law to do the concerned job.

授权专家= 经培训和/或当地法律认可的合格或能胜任相关工作的内部或外部人员。

3. Responsibilities 职责

The roles and responsibilities regarding the different tasks described in this procedure must be established at plant level.

1. Priority setting

设定优先次序

? The following priority setting must be applied for working on heights / near abysses:

高空作业/临边作业必须适用下列优先次序的设定：

PriorityPriority setting for working on heights. 优先次序 设定高空作业优先次序 1 Avoid: Make equipment accessible from the floor level. 避免高空作业：从地面直接接触设备。 2 Avoid: Put a fix work platform that is accessible via a lift or stair (or ladder if stair is not possible) or put guardrails around the existing work area to avoid abysses. 避免高空作业：通过升降机或阶梯（如不可能设置阶梯，可设置梯子）进入固定工作平台，或在现有作业区域周围设置护栏，以防跌入深坑。 3 Use a mobile work platform or scaffolds. 使用移动工作平台或脚手架。 4 Use a ladder – if necessary in combination with fall arrest and safety nets. 使用梯子– 如有必要，结合防坠落装置和安全网使用。

2. General Requirements for ALL working at heights equipment

所有高空作业设备的一般要求 ? Identification 识别

? An inventory of all height access equipment (scaffolding, mobile elevated platforms,

safety cages, ladders, safety harnesses, lanyards, lifelines, safety nets, etc. ) must be available.

必须提供所有高空作业设备的登记清单（脚手架、移动升降台、安全笼、梯子、安全带、安全绳、救生索、安全网等）。

? The equipment must be properly labeled:

o Use a unique identification.

使用统一的标识。

o The maximum load must be indicated as per manufacture specifications.

o Equipment can only be used if label / tag are present and up to date.

Tag on ladder (photo left) and Scaffold Inspection Tags (photo right) - Front side is for recording details of the contract and a contact telephone number, as well as

information about the load bearing capacity of the scaffold. Reverse is for recording details of weekly safety checks.

? Inspections 检查

? The equipment must be inspected before the first use and then at least yearly by an

accredit expert:

o Approved equipment must be identified as such. 检验合格的设备同样必须作标识；

o Defective equipment must be tagged, taken out of service and locked away until

it is repaired.

? Additional thorough inspection must take place:
