我市电子政务发展战略框架研究(3)

gives a systemic research to the status in quo and trend of e-govemment’s development worldwide．Furthermore，the strategic planning of Jinan’s e-government construction plus establishment of its framework are discussed in the article based on the analysis to the advantages and disadvantages of Jinan’s e-·government development

As enterprises’ expanding， competitions ale always accompanying cities’ development．Even though e-government’s construction does not participate in competition straightly，its result call indirectly impact a city’s development of economy and society whose advantages form the cole competitive power of a city’s development．Therefore，the article emphasizes that e-government construction should be planned combined with the city’s development strategy sufficiently,strategically will practicality as its starting point．To solve issues encountered during implementing developmental strategy in a city by means of e-government’s construction．The cognition that the purpose of construction of e--government is just for itself should be avoided．The points of view above．mentioned win be valuable and significant for strategic development of e-government in Jinan city．
