13.1 the bidder should open all the data concerned with purchase、erection、

inspection and commissioning for the buyer. No document shall be signed by the buyer.

13.2 The Seller shall supply to the End-user the acceptance standard for the

Goods one month before delivery of the Goods. The ex-work inspection certificate shall be supplied along with the equipment. After the equipment arrives at the site, the boxes of parts will be opened for accounting and inspection, the assembly of the equipments will take place and test run of the equipment will be carried out on the surface. The acceptance for all safety functions and operational functions on the equipment will be evaluated at this time. Then the memorandum of the acceptance on the surface will be signed. After operation underground for 500 meters of the face retreat or 45 days’ operation (which ever is early), both sides will sign the final acceptance memorandum.

13.3 Inspect content include system erection、commissioning、test running and

safety.

13.4 Acceptance standard：as-per the stipulation in contract and concerned

standard、China national standard、international standard and the standard approved by both sides.

14、Guarantee

The bidder should supply the guarantee period of Shearer Loader(total machine), as well as extend guarantee period of major parts (ranging arms、haulage gear boxes、electrical motors、inverters、haulage down drives、height adjustment cylinders and oil pump etc. ). The damaged components reasoned by default manufacture quality should be replaced free of charge, and the warrantee time should be postponed by correspond time.

15、Technical Support

15.1 The bidder should detail state the technical support measure, include within

and after the guarantee period.

15.2 Whether the bidder intend to build store in duty-keep area.

15.3 The 1st overhaul intervals should be taken after ____ ton coal production，

the cost for 1st overhaul is about ____ % of new Shearer Loader price (bidder should fill the blank)

16、Miscellaneous

16.1 Are there any effective measures for Shearer Loader design in order to

increase rate of the coal block?

16.2 Bidder should list the goods previously supplied and state the Shearer Loader run status by sheet.

16.3 It’s welcome that the bidder cooperate s with us in equipment maintenance

and provides technical support in maintenance.

16.4 W hat is the bidder’s suggestion to keep Shearer Loader works well and good

maintenances?

16.5 The b idder should supply “deviation form for technical specification”

16.6 Terms of payment. FOB 45 days before delivery, the amount of 100 % (one

hundred Percent) of the Contract Price for Goods shall be paid to the Seller in the form of a documentary irrevocable Letter of Credit ("L/C"). The payment of 80% (eighty percent) of the Price for Goods shall be made on presentation of the following documents: three (3) set of original shipped on board bills, certificate of origin, Commercial Invoice of 80% (eighty percent) of the Price for Goods, Quality Certificate issued by the manufacturer, Packing List, insurance(beneficiary to buyer), stated phytosanitary Certificate and relative original bills. The payment of Ten Percent (10%) of the Price for Goods shall be paid to the Seller out of the L/C against presentation of the following documents: Approved Design drawings by the relevant Authorities of MA and Commercial Invoice for 10% of the Goods.

Final Payment - Ten Percent (10%) of the Price for Goods shall be paid to the Seller out of L/C upon acceptance of the Goods against presentation of the following documents: Commercial Invoice for 10% of the Goods, The acceptance certificate signed by both of the Seller and the End User, One (1) Swift Format copy of an irrevocable Performance Bond covering ten percent (10%) of the price for the goods, issued by the Seller’s bank in favor of the Buyer.

Mine Condition

一、Overview

Sihe Coal Mine of Qinshui Coal field is located in Qinshui County, Shanxi Province. It is easily accessible with Jing-Yang Expressway about 15 km away and Jiafeng Railway Station of Hou-Yue Railway only 1 km. In addition, the mine has its own railway spur. The geological reserves of Sihe Mine amount to 3512.9 million tons, with Seam 3 having service life of 110 years. Three main and service slopes have been constructed for mine entry development. The main slope has a net width of 5.0 m, net cross section area of 15.5 square m, dipping angle of 16 degrees, oblique length of 749.3 m.
