6、Safety And Environment Protection

6.1 Noise level（dB）,should conform to the national standard of China （the

blank should be filled by the bidder）。

6.2 All marks should be clear、easy to understand, anti-rust, fixed in easy seeing

position and Chinese needed.

6.3 Equipped necessary self-alarm system. i.e. Shearer Loader start alarm and

over-gas alarm and shut down device. It can alarm at gas content up-to 1%, switch off the power at 1.5%.

6.4 Shearer Loader should be equipped emergency-off device which can stop the

conveyor.

6.5 Lifting device should be in readiness.

6.6 Grime concentration （），should comply with the stipulation in《Coal Mine

Safety Regulations》（2004 Edition）. Blank should be filled by the bidder.

7、Packing And Transportation

7.1 The Seller is responsible for packing and shipping the Contract goods as per

the requirement set forth hereunder, and all the packing charges are included in the Contract price. The Goods shall be packed to export and domestic standard protective measures. Packing of equipment containing radioactive element shall meet international safety standards. Such packing shall be suitable for long-distance ocean, inland transportation, repetitive transit, and the goods shall be packed in a manner that endure long time, at least six (6) months storage at job-site in China, and well protected against dampness, moisture, freezing, shock,

deformation, rust, theft, and rough handling so as to ensure that the goods will safely arrive at the site without any damage due to the above mentioned reasons.

The Seller shall pack small and electrical parts in containers supplied by the Seller.

Packing of the goods shall be suitable for inland transportation both in International and in P.R.C.

7.2 Where necessary, heavy parts shall be mounted on skids so that slings can

be readily attached in unloading and loading. If it is unsafe to apply external sling to a package, attached slings, eyebolts or lifting devices shall be provided and shall project through the package for easy handling.

7.3 In each package, there shall be one copy of each of the detailed packing lists

and the certificate of quality.

7.4 In case of loss or damage of any components of the Goods occurred during

the ocean or inland transportation, the Seller shall assist to provide the replacement to the Buyer as soon as possible at the Buyer’s reque st. Before the liability is confirmed, all cost will be bore by the seller. Once the liability is confirmed, all the charge will be bore by the responsibility part.

7.5 Seller shall provide an original copy of phytosanitary Certificate, if packed

with wooden cases, from the relevant local Government department for the custom clearance purpose for China Custom to prove that such wooden package is free from insect infestation. Without this phytosanitary Certificate furnished by the Seller, any claim and expense arising thereof shall be borne by the Seller.

Even if no wooden cases are used for packing of the Goods under this Contract, the Seller is still required to issue a certificate stating that no wooden packing cases are used.

7.6 Requirement of inland railway transportation in China: Size of package or

parts shall not exceed the size limitation (width 2.4m and height 2.8 m) of railway wagon during railway transportation, as per drawings and length shall not exceed 13 m. Under this condition the goods can be shipped on railway in China.

7.7 If the Seller fail to pack the goods according to above requirements, all

expenses arising during transportation from unsuitable packing shall be borne by the Seller. All expenses arising therefore including but not limited to the cost for dismantling and making necessary arrangement for handling oversize large pieces shall be born by the Seller.

8、spare parts and Consumables

8.1 The bidder should supply the detail list of spare parts and Consumables

which are necessary for normal running, as well as special tools, instruments which necessary for erection and commissioning are included. The Consumables supplied with Shearer Loader is not less than 3% of the equipment price. The fee should be included in the contract price.

8.2 The bidder should supply the detail list of spare parts which is necessary for

guarantee period. This price should be list separately. The price should be included in the bid price

and Consumables which are necessary for 2 years normal running. This price should be list separately. The price should not be included in the bid price

8.4 The Seller shall provide specifications of grease, hydraulic oil, and gear

lubricants to enable the Buyer to buy these products in the domestic market.

And supply various grease and oil necessary for 1st test running.

9、Inspection Abroad

During manufacture of the equipment, buyer will send a group of up to 7(seven) persons to the bidder plant for interim inspection, the duration of the stay shall be 2 (two) weeks.
