Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications

This tendering equipment is double-ended ranging drum shearer loader for Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group. The Bidder should select the suitable equipment in competitive price and good quality for buyer according to the requirements in bidding documents including mine conditions and technical specifications.

4、Technical performance requirements（items marked “?” must be complied with, any deviation will result in rejection. Items marked “*” is important item, one deviation will result in 1% increase on the evaluated price）

?4.1 Supplied equipment must comply with the stipulation of China and be awarded the coal mine security approval (MA).

?4.2 Supplied equipment should be suitable for the mine conditions of Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group, can running well in high-gas condition.

?4.3 supplied shearer loader can work well in the coal seam height 3.0m to 6.0m，The bidder should state the work range of the shearer loader in detail.

?4.4 Web distance of the matched Roof Support：865mm

?4.5 Voltage of electric power for Shearer Loader is 3.3KV，50Hz，total power installed is more than 1800Kw.

?4.6 Rated capacity of Shearer Loader should be more than 3500t/h.

?4.7 Haulage system should be electric haulage，variable speed method is by AC inverters technology.

*4.8 The Shearer Loader design and manufacture should be based on metric system. If some parts have to be in English system, the part list should be supplied in detail.

?4.9The matched Face Conveyor is SGZ1000/1400 face conveyor manufactured by Zhangjiakou Mining Factory or the PF4/1132 style Face Conveyor supplied by DBT GmbH or the 42mm AFC conveyor supplied by JOY Company. The haulage type of above three conveyors is rack-Jumbotrack, the pitch is 147mm. Section drawing of the three conveyors see attachment No.2；The matched Roof Support for the present is higher Roof Support supplied by DBT GmbH. or the 5.5m, 6m Roof Support supplied by Zhengzhou Mining Factory. The Shearer Loader supplied by the bidder should be able to match with the three kinds of conveyors and the bidder should supply the match drawings which describe the Shearer Loader matched with Conveyor and Roof support, to ensure face end elimination when the Shearer Loader is at the tail gate and head gate.

*4.10 After the supplied Shearer Loader matched with the supplied conveyor, the undercut depth at middle of the conveyor should be more than 450mm.

*4.11 Face gradient in conveyor direction should be more than 15°.Face gradient transverse to conveyor should be not less than 10°.

*4.12 Bid documents should state the biggest angle when the Shearer Loader

retreats in direction of panel inclination and provide the vertical offset while the Ranging arm at the lowest and the highest position (calculated at the allowed wear clearance of the ram connected pin)

?4.13 The Shearer Loader can linkage with the Roof Support. Infrared sensor should be equipped, which will be confirmed at the liaison design meeting.

?4.14 The Shearer Loader should have memory cut function, which should be described in bid documents in detail.

?4.15 Shearer Loader should equip lump-breaker device, which suit for right hand and left hand face while changing the drum of the lump-breaker. The lump-breaker should work well and the power of the lump-breaker will not less than 160KW.

*4.16 Dust suppression system include two ways: inside spray and outside spray, inside spray means spouts are fixed on the bottom position of each pick, direct to the tip of the pick；outside spray means spout amounted on the Ranging arm of the Shearer Loader.。

?4.17 The electrical system of Shearer Loader should conform to the stipulation of China for high-gas coal mine. And built-in Methane Monitoring system equipped with the Shearer Loader can cut off the power.

?4.18 Electrical system should equip all kinds of protections and requirements stipulated in《Coal Mine Safety Regulations》（2004 Edition）, e.g. . shortage、

over-load、earth leakage、under-voltage release and phase break etc.

*4.19 The electrical components of the Shearer Loader should be adopt to the fluctuant range of voltage, and the range should be more than ±15%.

*4.20 The cable from transformer to Shearer Loader should be supplied by the bidder. The length is 320+130m (include plug and connecter)，the detail technical data of cable as well as the certification concerned the coal mine safety standard should be supplied.
