　　Abstract:Commercialbanksprovidethemostimportantsourcesoffundingforthefast-growingrealestateindustryinChinaandwiththecontinualheatingoftherealestatemarket,financialrisksaregathering.AyearagotherewastheU.S.sub-primecrisisandweshouldlearnfromothers︐mistakes.Whileexpertsofallcountrieshavebeenveryconcernedabouttherealestatecreditriskofcommercialbanks,thisstudystartedquitelateinChina.Anditprimarilyfocusedonthestudyofthequalitativedimensionsofthemodelthatincludetheclassification,identificationandcausesofrealestatecreditriskofcommercialbanks.Incontrast,thestudyontherealestatecreditriskofcommercialbanksabroadismoresystematic,itstheoryandriskassessmentmodelhavingbeenmorematureinthemethodsofriskcontrol.Thispaperintroducesthedevelopmentoftheoriesconcerningrealestatecreditriskofcommercialbanksbothathomeandabroad,andmakescorrespondingsynthesisandcomments.
