摘 要

在信息技术快速发展的基础上，电子商务与网络购物也开始蓬勃发展起来，随之而来的便是快递行业的高速激增。由于技术要求不高，所以民间许多私营业主看好商机，进入民营快递行业。目前，国内快递企业大大小小共3万多家。此外，不少国外的大型物流公司也借机进入中国市场吸金。也正是因为快递行业的过快发展，缺少有效地约束机制和管理办法，从而导致其发展经常偏离正常的轨道，出现许多问题，其中最突出的就是快递行业人员流失问题。

本文着重讲述快递行业人员流失问题产生的诸方面的原因，利用一些数据和图标，并对其进行分析，进而联系到此问题给快递行业的发展带来的种种困难和不利之处。同时也对症下药，给出几个员工流失问题的解决办法。最后从快递行业健康良好发展的角度出发，做一个未来的发展规划和目标。

In the rapid development of information technology based on electronic commerce, and online shopping has also begun to flourish, the attendant is express delivery industry high speed surge. Due to technical requirements are not high, so many private owners of optimistic about business, into the private express industry. At present, the domestic express delivery enterprises greatly more then 30 thousand. In addition, many foreign large logistics companies to enter the Chinese market suction gold. It is also because the courier industry fast development, the lack of effective constraint mechanism and management practices, thus leading to its development often deviate from the normal track, appear a lot of problems, among them the most outstanding is the express industry personnel loss.

In this paper the express delivery industry staff turnover problems resulting from the aspects of the reason, by using some data and icon, and carries on the thesis, and then linked to the problem to the express industry development difficulties and disadvantages. At the same time is an antidote against the disease, gives several solutions to the problem of employee turnover. Finally from the express delivery industry healthy development point of view, a future development plan and target.
