英语与汉语动物谚语对比

本论文以动物谚语为中心展开研究,通过搜集不同英汉谚语的资料,对谚语的定义及动物谚语重要地位进行了分析,对英汉动物谚语的比较研究有一定的现实意义和理论价值。本文首先简单介绍了文化背景以及本文研究的重要性,其次对英语动物谚语和汉语动物谚语进行了简单的概述;然后从不同的角度分别研究了中英文动物谚语的异同,并对造成这些区别的原因进行分析;

摘 要

本论文以动物谚语为中心展开研究,通过搜集不同英汉谚语的资料，对谚语

的定义及动物谚语重要地位进行了分析，对英汉动物谚语的比较研究有一定的现实意义和理论价值。本文首先简单介绍了文化背景以及本文研究的重要性，其次对英语动物谚语和汉语动物谚语进行了简单的概述；然后从不同的角度分别研究了中英文动物谚语的异同，并对造成这些区别的原因进行分析；最后得出一个结果，让大家都明白英汉动物谚语各自形成的的原因以及他们的精要之处。

ABSTRACT

This research based on animal proverbs, through the collection of information on

different English and Chinese proverbs, having a comprehensive analysis about the definition of the proverbs and the position of animal proverbs. There must be some practical significance and theoretical value with the comparisons on English and

Chinese proverbs. In this paper, it briefly refers to the cultural background, as well as the importance of this study, followed with the summarization of the English and

Chinese proverbs on animals, then study the similarities and differences from

disparate angles separately, and analyse the reason why cause these differences.

Finally we get the result. In order to make us understand how the English and Chinese proverbs on animals are formed, as well as of the essence.

1．Introduction

The surge of culture is an indispensable part of globalization. Encountering of the tide of foreign culture, most of the people feel exhausted and helpless. We hold the hope that we could overcome the cultural obstacles to realize the dream of a harmonious world by communicating and learning from each other. At this very moment, intercultural communication works as an important lube. Among the communications, animal culture is a small branch, however, it plays an important role. If anyone pays less attention or ignores it, he will be definitely misunderstood. The proverbs about animals are the essence of the animal culture.
