实践中，我国一些部门也开展了积极尝试，如2012年10月试运行的北京市政府数据资源网（），由北京市经济和信息化委员会牵头建设，各政务部门共同参与，平台致力于提供北京市政务部门各类公开数据的下载与服务，为企业和个人开展政务信息资源的社会化开发利用提供数据支撑。目前，平台上已有29个部门公布的400余个数据包，涵盖旅游、教育、交通、医疗等各个门类，此外，还面向企业及个人征集应用程序。然而，政府数据的社会化利用尚未发展成一种全国范围的行动。

随着开放政府数据计划的推进，在推动信息资源增值服务业的发展以及相关数据分析与研究工作的开展方面，我国应建立鼓励社会力量参与及向社会力量购买服务的激励机制。4.5

社交媒体在开放政府数据中将愈来愈重要

现有研究表明，运用社交媒体，如博客、维基、社交网站、ＲSS等方式向公众提供政府信息，能够增强公众对政府部门的认同感，如白宫、NASA、EPA纷纷创建Twit-ter账号向公民推送信息，公务人员个人则综合利用You-Tube、Vimeo、Flickr、iTunes等与公众互动
