英国人的一天 英国人的生活习惯是早晨9时上班。他们的生活完全按照大自然的生物钟来安排，竟然很符合中医 《黄帝内经》的养生原则。早晨起来之后，并不去锻炼，因为这时空气中的尘埃附在空中，空气质量 最差。他们选择在家里亲手为家人做早餐，一顿营养丰富合理的健康套餐。早餐一般在7时开始，分 为欧陆式或者英式套餐，多数人选择后者。内容包括：面包、火腿、西红柿、牛奶、蜂蜜以及红茶。 英国人的健康饮食重点体现在少食多餐上。早晨9时上班之后，投入紧张而专心致志的工作当中。10 时30分，将有10￣15分钟的上午茶时间。一杯咖啡、几块烘烤得香味浓郁的曲奇饼干，人们聊一聊天， 交流信息，缓解紧张的工作情绪和压力。 中午12时30分的午餐，英国人会吃的很简单。一块三明治或者土豆鱼之类的快餐，份量不多，没有任 何酒精类饮品。 短暂的午餐之后，人们又投入到工作中。15时的下午茶时间登场了。一杯咖啡或者红茶，几块精美的 点心，一段轻松的谈话，再次投入工作中倍感舒畅。 工作中的英国人非常投入敬业，他们不分城乡和工种、不分脑力或体力劳动，每一位工作者都受到人 们的尊重。何先生曾经看到，一位健壮的清洁工人，为了把塞在地沟里的垃圾拣出来，跪倒地上用手 去抠，这种认真的工作精神随处可见。 时钟指向16时30分至17时，下班后的人们开始投入到丰富多彩的健身活动当中，即使在建筑工地，都 是准时停止工作。各种主题的健身俱乐部，草坪上和宠物一起玩耍的扔飞碟游戏、游泳场的畅快、足 球场的对垒等等，人们不论相识还是陌生，都可以随意参加到自己喜欢的活动中，享受友好的共乐。 黄昏的18时至19时，运动后的人们进入酒吧，要一杯啤酒或饮品，谈天说地，享受友谊带给自己的亲 切。虽然英国也是酒类消费大国，但是酒吧里提供的酒都是低度酒，对身体损伤小，而且大家讲究喝 酒有度。 英国人很珍惜一家人共进晚餐。晚上的20时至21时，多数人都会回家和家人一起烹调美味的晚餐，共 同分享家庭的和睦，在饭桌上家人互相交流，美食中洋溢着浓浓的爱意。 晚饭过后，英国人没有在街上散步的习惯。在家里看书或电视，到23时，多数家庭进入睡眠。法律规 定，在此时间之后，室内发出的声音不可干扰别人休息。

The Story of Its Origin Time: originated in England in the 1840s. Creator: Anna Maria Russell, Duchess of Bedford Background: dinner time too late (between 7:00 and 8:30 p.m.) luncheon too light, the long afternoon left people feeling hungry. Development: The Duchess found a light meal of tea and cakes or sandwiches was the perfect balance. Result: Afternoon tea quickly became established in many middle and upper class households.
