暖通空调设计说明书
摘 要
本次工程为广州市环保局办公楼中央空调系统设计。为一栋六层的多层建筑,其中地下一层,地上六层。总建筑面积5946m2,空调面积为3720m2。建筑的冷负荷为495.95KW,冷负荷指标为83W/㎡;热负荷为258.66KW,热负荷指标为43KW/㎡。主要功能房间有办公室、中型会议室、大会议室等。
本设计所有房间均采用了风机盘管加新风系统。新风从室外引入,处理到室内空气焓值,新风机组仅承担新风冷负荷与部分新风湿负荷,而风机盘管承担室内全部冷负荷及部分新风湿负荷。对于冷热源的选择,冷源采用两台LSLGF300螺杆式冷水机组,单台制冷量为324KW。热源采用两台CWNSO.1.5小型低温燃气锅炉,单台发热量为150KW。水系统采用两管制,分两个区,采用异程式水系统。冷冻水、热水、冷却水供应分别采用三套泵,各三台,两用一备。
卫生间设置机械排风系统,直接排到室外;地下室设置排风与排烟兼用系统,选用双速风机,平时排风,火灾时排烟。

Abstract
This designation is air conditioning of Environmental Protection Bure office building in Guangzhou city. The construction as a six layer of the multilayer building,have one layer under ground and 6floors on the ground。The total areas of the construction is5946 square meters ,the area of air conditioning is 3720square meters. The cooling load of the building is 495.95KW, cooling load indicator is 83 w / m2, the heat load is 258.66kW, heat load indicator is 43 w / m2 by load calculate. The building includes the office, conference room, large meeting room。
The design of all the rooms are use of the fan coil units plus fresh air system. The outdoor air can be introduced from outside, it be processed to the enthalpy of indoor air, the flesh air handing unit only undertakes the cooling load of outdoor air and the partial moisture load of outdoor air, but the fan-coil unit undertakes the complete cooling load of indoor and the partial moisture of outdoor air. For the choice of cold and heat sources, We choose two LSLGF300 screw type water chiller system, the single refrigerating capacity is 324KW,and choose two CWNSO.1.5 gas boiler, the Single heat is 150KW as the source of the construction to meet the needs of cold and heat load. Water system adopts two-pipe system ,divide 2 areas, adopts different formula of water system .Condenser water pump is 3 sets ,two use ,one back up.
The guest bathroom adopts independent mechanical exhaust system, is directly discharged to the outside; A basement establishes the mechanical system of smoke extraction and air extraction, selects the double fast axial fan, usually exracte indoor air ,when the fire ,use to exract smoke.
