摘 要

自改革开放以来，我国乳制品进出口贸易一直处于逆差的状态。随着我国经济的发展，人们生活水平的提高，对乳制品的需求量越来越大，我国乳制品的市场占有率也在缓步上升，同时出口量与出口国都在不停的增长。但是2008年的三聚氰胺事件改变了这种态势。问题奶事件让人们开始人心惶惶，对国产奶变得极度的不信任，人们开始纷纷购买国外乳制品，甚至高端奶粉市场被国外奶粉霸占。为了迎合消费者的需求，很多国内乳制品加工企业也开始进口国外奶源。国外乳制品趁机大肆抢夺中国市场，国产奶的市场占有率开始下降，国产乳制品的出口也大幅下滑，很多国家禁止再像向中国进口乳制品。这使得本来就不好的乳制品国际贸易更是雪上加霜，逆差进一步被拉大。然而，国外乳制品近些年来也多次出现质量问题，乳制品的贸易环境变得更加复杂。

本文通过对我国乳制品进出口贸易现状的研究，找出我国乳制品贸易中存在的问题，分析这些问题给我国经济发展带来的影响，最后根据这些问题提出相应的发展对策和建议，为中国乳制品企业的发展提供参考。

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, China's dairy import and export trade has been in deficit in the state. With China's economic development, improvement of living standards, increasing demand for dairy products, dairy products market share in China is gradually shifting to rise, while the export volume and export countries in constant growth. However, the melamine incident in 2008 changed this situation. Milk scandal on so that people began to panic, become extreme distrust of domestic milk, people began to buy foreign dairy products, even high-end milk powder market was forcibly occupied by foreign milk powder. In order to meet consumer demand, many domestic dairy processing enterprises also began to import foreign milk. The big foreign dairy products took the opportunity to snatch the Chinese market, the domestic milk market share began to decline, the domestic dairy exports have fallen sharply in many countries prohibit and then like to import Chinese dairy products. This makes is not that good that the international trade of dairy products is even worse, the deficit further pulled large. However, foreign dairy products in recent years have repeatedly quality problem, the dairy products trade environment becomes more complex.

The status quo of China's dairy export trade to identify the problems in China's dairy trade, analysis of the impact of these problems to China's economic development, and finally the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on these questions for Chinathe development of the dairy companies provide a reference.
