1、 Introduce

Michael Jackson was born in the United States Indiana city of Gary(美国印地安那州加里市) Jackson Street, on August 29,1958. He was an American musician, entertainer and philanthropist fi'lænθr pist] (慈善家) .

He was the seventh child out of nine children in his family. At a young age, he showed great talent for sing and dance. Even when he just joined school, he would perform in front of friends and classmates. Michael started his professional music career at the age of 11,In the year of 1963, with the help from their parents, Michael, together with his four elder brothers made up the band which was known widely as

He is a great music all-rounder(全才)in the composing, scene production, arrangement, singing, dancing and playing musical instruments. Otherwise, he was the world‘s popular culture and symbolic figure in the world, having a very high visibility and great influence, known as the King of Pop.

In 1992, Michael founded the Heal the World Foundation which brought underprivileged children to Never land(梦幻庄园) and made donations worldwide. Jackson stated that he wanted "to improve the conditions for children throughout the world"

6、Rumors

There are two misunderstandings of MJ.

The one is Rumors of MJ’s Appearance. Jackson's skin had been a medium-brown color for the entire duration of his youth, but starting in the mid 1980s, it gradually grew paler. In 1986, Jackson was diagnosed with vitiligo(白癫风)and lupus(狼疮); the vitiligo partially lightened his skin, and he could appear very pale, and he had to take a sugery（外科整形）.

Another is Rumors of child molestation. In 1993, he was accused of child sexual abuse, but the case was settled out of court and no formal charges were brought. In 2005, he was tried and acquitted of further sexual abuse allegations and several other charges after the jury ruled him not guilty on all counts.

7、The death of MJ

While preparing for his concert series This Is It . Jackson died on June 25, 2009, after suffering from cardiac arrest. Before his death, Jackson had reportedly been administered drugs such as propofol and lorazepam.

Jackson's death caused a global outpouring of grief, and as many as one billion people around the world reportedly watched his public memorial service on live television.
