Is Outer Space Worth Exploring?

Although it is true that the exploration of outer space has a lot of disadvantages, for example, someone thinks that the earth is likely to be destroyed one day because of the research of outer-space weapon, in my opinion, it is well worth doing.

Firstly, though it requires a large amount of money and resources, it leads to the rapid development of advanced scientific technology, and our life may be improved in many aspects. Secondly, the exploration of outer space may also help to solve the population problem on the earth. With the success of the space shuttle, the migration to other planets in the future is not impossible. Moreover, space projects may also enable us to find a few chemical elements to cure presently incurable diseases. The research of the outer space also can improve the gene of the plants. So we can get more delicious vegetables and fruits.

In all, we human beings should try our best to speed up the steps of the research of the outer space.
