OQA 成品出货指引

1 目的 / Purpose

对出货的成品及配件的包装、外观质量及数量进行检验确认，保证产品出货前百分百的合格。

To check the package/appearance of shipment FG and Spare parts and confirm the quantity, Assure the hundred percent conformity to shipment.

2 适用范围 / Scope

本指引适用于成品及配件出货品质检验。

This instruction is applied to the inspection process of FG and Spare parts shipment.

3 程序 / Procedure

3.1 成品出货检验/FG shipment inspection.

3.1.1 检查货柜要干净、干燥无破损。

Check the container which is required to clean, dry and undamaged.

3.1.2 检查出货产品的包装标志与铭牌粘贴齐全、位置正确无破损。

Check the product’s packing label and nameplate which are required to complete , undamaged and right position.

3.1.3 检查产品包装外观无变形、受潮破损。

Check the carton which is required to no distortion, dampness and damage.

3.1.4 检查堆放产品的卡板使用正确（出口产品卡板使用非原木材质）、成品须完全摆放在卡板上、不

可超出卡板（散装货除外），卡板无受潮、破损。

Check the pallet which is required to right and no dampness and damage, and the FG which is required to completely pile on the pallet and no excess (Exclude bulk).

3.1.5 检查每板产品的打包带，固定牢靠无松脱，打包扣无尖锐凸起，应有的缠绕膜无脱落。

Check the packing string which is required to tightness.

3.1.6检查产品的堆码无上重下轻及倾斜现象。

Check the piling which is required to conform the rule that heavy goods are above and light goods are below and no incline.

3.1.7 装柜后的产品摆放整齐，不可有散乱易晃动现象，靠近车门的散装产品必须用包装带固定牢靠。

The product after packed in container should be located in order. The bulk product which is closed by container door should be tightness by packing string.

3.1.8 监督成品装货过程无损坏产品的行为，如高空抛递、站在空调上装货等。

Monitor the loading process to not occur the damaged product phenomenon, as pass by air\loading

above A/C.

3.1.9检验合格的产品在包装箱上贴上“OQA PASS”。

Check the passed product which is required to attach the “OQA PASS” label on carton.

3.1.10监督装货完毕的货柜贴上封条与封签，将出货产品的资料（规格型号、出货单号、出货日期货、

柜号与数量）填写在成品出货检验记录<R-WI-QA-021-01A>上。

Attach the sealed tag on container after loading and record the data of shipment (standard type \list No /shipment date /container No /Qty) in <FG shipment inspection record> .

3.2 样机出货检验/Sample shipment inspection

3.2.1 根据成品出货要求对出货样机进行检验、记录。

Inspect and record the shipment sample according to FG shipment requirements.

3.2.2 对于发往国外的所有样机，要检查在纸箱包装的基础上必须有木箱包装。箱外有必要的标贴（标

贴内容包括：产品号、出货目的地、接收人、联系电话等内容）

注：对于装在货柜进行集中发运的样机可以不用木箱包装，但要有上述的标识在包装箱上） For the inpidual sample, the wooden board covered the carton is needed. and check the instruction warn label necessary whether attached or not.（include: Item/Ship to/Port/Consignee/Phone）

Remark: For all samples, the wooden board covered the carton is weeded regardless what packing type, except use the container to ship.

3.3 配件出货检验/Spare parts shipment inspection

3.3.1 检查出货零件的编号与数量与提货单（Picking list）内容相符。

Check the number and quantity of shipment spare parts is same as the description in picking list.

3.3.2 参照《空调配件包装指引》（WI-IE-006）要求检查配件及其包装状态符合要求。

Check the spare parts all it’s package whether confirm requirements or not according to the instruction name the instruction for A/C spare parts package <WI-IE-006>.

3.3.3 检查发货配件的最终包装使用木箱，外箱标贴齐全、堆码、捆扎、缠绕膜符合要求。

Check the final package of spare parts for complete box’s label right piling, picking and file.

3.3.4装卸过程禁止任何损坏产品的行为。

The behaviour which will damage product is forbided in loading process.

3.3.5将检验结果记录在<R-WI-QA-021-02A>的配件出货检验清单上。

Record the result of inspection in <Spare parts shipping quality audit check list>.

4 记录保存/Record Retaining

出货记录由QA保存于QA资料室至少3年。

Shipment records will be kept by QA in QA data room at less three years.
