论企业领导者品格的塑造

改革开放以来，我国的经济得到了前所未有的蓬勃发展。无论是企业规模、行业制度还是经营理念或管理水平，都取得了长足的发展，进入了现代化发展阶段。而在九十年代后期，随着我国经济规模及范围的急剧扩大和国内形式的变化，出现了人才短缺的局面，而良好的经济环境也使得许多未受过良好教育或品德有缺失的人参与到了国家经济发展的队伍当中，致使国内企业家素质普遍下滑，其中尤以品德缺失造成的危害最大，导致了众多欺诈、欺骗等商业犯罪行为的出现，对整个社会及人民的生命财产安全造成了极大的损害。本文以我国企业家品格为研究对象，从影响及现状等多个方面来探讨说明了企业家品格对国家经济长远发展起着举足轻重的作用。企业家有了良好的品格才会渐渐从根本上杜绝经济犯罪的发生，才会使国内经济环境焕然一新，从而大幅度提高国际竞争力，在内忧外患的险恶处境中绝处逢生。

Since reform and opening, China's economic boom has been unprecedented. Both firm size, industry or business philosophy or system of management, have made rapid development into a modern stage of development. In the late nineties, with the economies of scale and scope of China's rapid expansion and change in the form of domestic emergencies, the situation appeared missing personnel, but also makes good economic environment for many well-educated or not there are missing people involved in moral to the country's economic development team which resulted in widespread decline in the quality of domestic entrepreneurs, especially in the moral hazard caused by missing the most,

Led to numerous fraud, deception, and many commercial crimes and the emergence of the whole community and people's lives and property caused great damage. This entrepreneurial character of my object of study, from the influence and status, and other aspects of entrepreneurial character shows long-term development of national economy plays an important role. Entrepreneurs with good character can begin to fundamentally eliminate the incidence of economic crimes, a new look will make the domestic economic environment, which greatly enhance the international competitiveness of the domestic and external situation of the survivor sinister.
