丝杠受径向负载时,超载时的轴变形弯曲,这种现象叫做扭曲。产生扭曲的最小径向负载,称为扭曲负载。因此客户选型时必须注意,应在允许范围内选定丝杠直径。

效率,扭矩计算公式 Calculation Efficiency, Torques效率Efficiency效率不仅取决于计算数据,而且受启动和运动等因素的影响。因此实际值有约± 5%的误差。 Efficiency not only depends on geometrical data, but also on various operating influences. Thus, the actual values can differ by± 5% from the calculated ones.把转动转化为直线运动时的理论效率把直线运动转化为转动时的理论效率

滚珠丝杠的总强度 Rigidity Miscellaneous滚珠丝杠的总强度R tot是由其螺杆强度R S共同构成的。 R nuar强度值是最小值,指的是要求有一定精度的预紧型滚珠螺杆或螺母的区域。
