They will save time and make people more efficient in their life and work. With cars, people can live far from big cities or factories. They can go anywhere they like to. With cars going into every family, our country must be a real modernized country, I believe.

I'm against that China should make major efforts to develop its car industry and that every family should have one or more cars. With too many cars on roads, the traffic may be too heavy or even more traffic accidents may be seen. So they will not bring us convenience but trouble. Too much noise and air pollution may make people ill. Widen roads may take up too much land that should have been made use of to support food. A real modernized country will be a welldeveloped country not merely in cars but in every aspect, I believe.
