4.1Thelow-alloyferriticsteelsmaybemadebytheopen-hearth,electric-furnace,orbasic-oxygenpro-cesswithseparatedegassingandre ningoptional.Thebasic-oxygenprocessshallbelimitedtosteelscon-tainingnotover6%chromium.
