Today our class had a debate

about the advantages and disadvantages of the internet.

Some students think it’s good for students to surf the internet. As we know,it’s an information age nowadays, and as a result, the computer plays a very important part in our daily life. On the computer,we can do lots of things. We canget the useful information,communicate with our friends,watch movies ,replay our favorite matches,and the most important is that we can know what’s going on in the world every day.

However, other stuents disagree. In their opinion,it’s harmful to surf the internet.first of all,there are some bad things on the net,which has a

bad affect on the children’s growth. Besides,playing computer games too much makes students tired in class and it’s bad for their eyesas well.what’s worse,some stdents cannot control themselves and are addicted to the computer games,which makes them tired of study.

Of course, every coin has two side.personally I think Internet is a very available(有用的) tool(工具) for people,if students can use it to know more knowledge and solve problems ,students can benefit a lot from it .So ,I think students should use it in a good way
