摘 要

建设一支高质量的幼儿园教师队伍,是发展幼儿教育事业、提高学前幼儿素质教育的关键。重视和发展学前教育的意义非常重大，从时代的高度对幼儿教育工作和幼儿园教师队伍建设提出了新的更高的要求。本文力图从包头市城区幼儿教育发展的角度,把握包头市城区幼儿园教师队伍现状,探讨存在的问题及其原因,并在此基础上提出加强幼儿园教师队伍建设的若干建议。

本文除前言外,共分四大部分。 第一部分是对幼儿园教师队伍建设的相关概念以及发展方向进行研究。 第二部分针对包头市的城区幼儿园教师的情况设计的一个调查方案，这部分是文章的基础，第三部分根据调研结果对包头城区幼儿园教师现状的进行分析，第四部分探讨包头市城区幼儿园教师队伍建设中存在的主要问题及其原因。这一部分是研究的关键。 第五部分结合包头市城区幼儿教育发展实际,提出解决幼儿园教师队伍建设中存在问题的对策及改革思路。本文试图从包头市城区幼儿基础教育发展的实际出发,理清一些改革思路,力求找准加强幼儿园教师队伍建设,尤其是加强幼儿园教师队伍建设的对策。

ABSTRACT

The construction of a high-quality kindergarten teachers is the key of developing early childhood education career and improving pre-school child care quality education.

Attention and the development of pre-school education is of great significance,From the height of the times, the new and higher equirements need for early childhood education and Teachers has been proposed.This paper tries to Baotou City from the perspective of early childhood education development of Baotou City, grasp the status quo of the kindergarten teachers, to explore the problems and their causes, and on this basis, a number of recommendations to strengthen the construction of kindergarten teachers

In addition to preface, is divided into four major sections.The First part ,studying childhood education teachers, related concepts and development.The second part, design a survey program to study the situation of preschool teachers in the city of Baotou City,this is the basic of the article, the third part, according to research results, the status quo of Baotou city preschool teachers, Part IV explore the Baotou Cit ythe main problems and reason in the construction of urban kindergarten teachers. This part is the key to the study.Part V, combined with the Baotou City’s early childhood education development of actual and proposed measures and reform ideas to solve the problems in the construction of kindergarten teachers.

From the actual Baotou city children basic education development,Sort out some ideas for reform, and sought to identify strengthen the construction of kindergarten teachers, especially countermeasures. to strengthen the construction of kindergarten teachers 。
