汗蒸疗法治疗１４例中年女性单纯性肥胖患者的疗效观察

当前肥胖症患者数量日益增多，已严重影响到人们的生活

症患者的治疗方法较多，如给予药物调理、穴位刺激、节食或运动训练等，其治疗机制无外乎使患者体内能量收支趋于负平衡，从而达到消脂减肥疗效。我院采用汗蒸疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症患者，发现临床疗效满意，患者脂肪含量及脂类代谢均较

治疗前明显改善。

一、对象与方法

质量及身心健康。如人体吸收的热量多于消耗热量时，多余热量则以脂肪形式储存于体内，当积累到一定量时遂演变为肥胖症，无明显病因可寻者称之为单纯性肥胖症，目前肥胖症患者

中约９５％以上为单纯性肥胖’１。由此可见，如何消除体内能量积累是单纯性肥胖症患者的治疗关键。目前临床针对肥胖

共选取我院中年女性单纯性肥胖症患者１４例，均符合中国肥胖问题工作组数据汇总分析协作组（２００２年）关于超重和
