摘要

企业财务管理是企业对其资金的形成、分配、消耗、补偿等进行计划、组织、

核算和监督等工作的总称。企业财务管理不仅是一项综合性管理工作，而且是企

业最重要的管理工作之一。合理、有效地组织企业的财务管理，可以促使企业以

尽可能少的资金占用，取得尽可能大的生产经营成果，从而使企业走上高效、发

展、壮大的健康之路，促使企业价值最大化，维持企业可持续发展。

企业财务管理应确定企业价值最大化的核心理念，各项工作应始终围绕如何实

现这一目标来开展。创造企业价值大核心，就是实现企业的现金流和盈利的不断

增长，而且，这种增长一定是可持续增长。加强财务管理，应着眼于不断优化成

本结构，提高投资回报率，从而保持企业可持续发展。

企业财务管理是企业管理工作中的重要组成部分，是企业的核心，对于改善企

业经营管理，提高企业经济效益具有十分重要的作用。随着我国市场经济体制改

革的深入，对企业财务管理造成了一定影响，我国传统的企业管理已经不能够适

应企业现代化的发展的要求，因此有必要实行全面预算管理、建立财务监督制度、

实现财务业务一体化全面加强企业财务管理，提高企业经济效益。

Abstract

Financial management is to his financial formation ,

distribution, and consumption of planning, organization

accounting and supervising the floorboard of the work.The

enterprise is financial management is not only a comprehensive

management work ,and the most important is the enterprise

management work one .Reasonably and effectively organization

of enterprise financial management, can promote the enterprise

with as little occupation of founds, win as big production

operation results, thus the enterprise on efficient,

development and expansion of the path to health and promote the

maximization of enterprise value, to maintain the sustainable

development of the enterprise.

Modern financial management shall determine the maximization

of enterprise value of the core idea; each work should always

focus on how to achieve this goal to carry out. Create value

of the enterprise is core, is the enterprise to realize the cash

flow and profitable growth. To strengthen the financial

management , should be focused on constantly optimize the cose

structure; increase ROI, so as to maintain the sustainable

development of enterprise.

Enterprise financial management is an important component of

management, is the core of enterprise management ,improve

enterprise management, improve enterprise efficiency has a

very important role. As China is market economy, the deepening of the enterprise had a certain impact ,our

traditional business financial management was not able to adapt

to the requirements of modern enterprise development, it would

be necessary to implement a comprehensive budget management, strengthening the management of founds, the establishment of financial monitoring system the implementation of financial business integration overall strengthening of the financial management of enterprise, improve the economic efficiency of enterprise.
