一、关于节约粮食

It's the fact now many people waste a lot when they have dinner at the restaurants.In fact ,they can`t eat as much as they order , much food is wasted.

I think this is a sad thing.We should care for the food we have and try not to be the food wasters.

First of all, Since now we still can't produce enough food for the whole world's population, it's really a shame to waste much food. Also,even if we have plenty of food,we still should save as much food as we can.This is the way that we value the farmers' hardworking.We respect them when we do so.

In my opinion, we have so many ways to save food in our daily life.Just remember not to order too much food when we go to the restaurant.What's more,eating up all we order or taking the rest food back home is also a good choice.

I hope we can start to save the food from now on .

二、关于校园安全

School is our home，we are all live and study here. In order to make ourselves safe，as a student，we should obey the school rules，we should go to school on time and be never late . we shouldn’ t run after each others in the street and in the school yard；we should get on well with others and should not fight with others；we should not

eat the food that goes bad and some junk food；we mustn`t drink or smoke；we must keep away from drugs ;when you have questions to ask .you may ask the teachers for help. Especially，when you meet someone asks for money，you needn‘t be afraid .you report to the teacher or call 110. We are required to keep away from these bad habits and be polite to others. We must obey the traffic rulers. I hope we have a good time everyday!

三、关于中国梦、我的梦

Recently we had a class meeting on the topic of My Chinese Dream. everyone talked about his understanding of the Chinese Dream.as well as our own dreams. We all believe that this dream will come true in the future.

I also talked about my own dream. I have always wanted to be a doctor. Not only can doctors save people’s lives but also they are doing a respectable job. Doctors can also help people to live a better life with their professional (专业的)knowledge.

To realize my dream, I must try to work hard from now on. I must learn as much as I can so that I can get into a good medical college, where I can prepare myself for the job of a doctor. Only in this way can I make my dream come true.

Pressure is a serious problem in today`s world , students in our class are under too much pressure , some students can`t get on well with their classmate, while others may worry about their exams.

I`m always under pressure ,too .My parents want me to be the top students in class .So they send me to all kinds of training classes at weekends.

Last Monday evening , I had a talk with my mother . I told her I was not lazy .I really felt tired .I needed time to reax .My mother agree with me at last . So I think a conversation with parents is necessary to solve the problem .
