Abstract：The orient of reform in the higher vocational education is of essential importance. The majors of Business English at polytechnics play a dual-role of student and staff in the applied teaching activities so that they cultivate their learning and practical abilities. The teaching scheme of “Role-Switch”, under the guidance of “Behavior-orient theory” and “practice-orient theory”, applies the “Role-playing-teaching” module.
