★为适应工艺流程的需要，仪控系统采用浙大中控DCS JX300-XP控制系统，主要工艺参数的显示、趋势记录、历史事件记录、报警（带声音报警）、控制、打印、制表及流程图画面显示由该系统完成。

★膨胀机、及各类泵、电机的联锁保护系统均可由DCS完成。有关工艺参数越限时，能记忆、显示、打印并报警。有关的联锁保护将根据工艺要求，自动停车、打开或关闭阀门，并可进行手动操作设备的开、停。

★控制系统选用浙大中控DCS JX300-XP系统完成数据采集、过程控制、逻辑运算和快速联锁控制等功能。

★氮气采用英盛氧化锆在线分析仪。

Nitrogen on line analyzer selects Shanghai Ying Sheng’s product. ★测温元件采用上海自动化仪表公司或安徽天康Pt100分度号铂热电阻,冷箱内的采用双支铂热电阻。

★膨胀机转速测量采用上海转速表厂的DTZ-C-101测速仪，送出标准信号进系统。
