一、 深冷法制氮系统 Cryogenic Nitrogen

1.概述 1.Outline

供货方根据本技术附件中的参数、条件和要求,提供成套设备,包括制氮界区内的各单机设备、所必要的辅助设备、容器、控制柜、备件、管道、管件、阀门、填料以及相应的底盘、支架、平台、成对法兰、地脚螺栓等全套系统设备。

2.1流程描述

2.1Process Description

本方案装置所需要的空气由用户提供,通过一套自动控制系统,根据氮气的产量,从空气管网中,自动控制进入装置的压缩空气量。用户提供压缩空气含油量小于5ppm。

压缩空气进入预冷系统冷被冷干机冷却到5~8℃,露点温度5~8摄氏度,之后复热到25~32℃去纯化系统。这个系统由空气冷干机和三级油过滤器等设备组成,在除去空气中水分的同时,除去空气中的油雾,使其含油量降至满足空分设备的要求。

分子筛纯化器采用双层床结构,吸附器切换再生采用恒流量控制方式,改善主塔工况的稳定性。分子筛吸附系统布置紧凑,吸附剂和切换阀门使用寿命长,系统切换损失小,有防止分子筛吹翻措施和可能吹翻的处理措施。
