写作：A节10分，B节20分，共30分。 (一)评分原则和方法

1． 一般评分标准适用于A、B两节。但根据两节不同的考查要点，评分时会有不同的侧重点。

A节

本部分评分的重点在于信息表达的全面、准确、恰当。主要包括信息点的覆盖是否全面，语篇结构和格式是否正确，语言表达是否准确，语域是否恰当等方面。对语法结构和词汇多样性的要求将根据试题的具体情况作出相应规定。 B节

B节作文的评分重点在于内容的完整性、文章的组织连贯性、语法结构和词汇的多样性及语言的准确性。

2． 评分时，先根据文章的内容和语言确定其所属档次，然后以该档次的要求来给分。评分人员在档内有

1~3分的调节分。

3． A 节作文的字数要求是100词左右或80~100词。B节作文的字数要求是160~200词。文章长度不符

合要求的，酌情扣分。

4． 拼写与标点符号是反映语言准确性的一个方面。评分时，要视其对交际的影响程度予以考虑。英、美

拼写及词汇用法均可接受。

5． 如书写较差，以至影响读者理解，将分数降低一个档次。

As can be seen from the picture, cultural exchange has become prevailing across the world. In this picture, an American girl who is wearing a Chinese traditional costume is sweetly smiling, which is indicative of the fact that national culture becomes international when it is accepted by people from other cultures. Other than the field of costume, cultural communication has permeated into a host of other fields, ranging from arts to the notion of economy. Accordingly, Chinese culture has been stepping into the lives of foreigners.

Why has cultural exchange got such unprecedented popularity? There are, on my part, three reasons that could account for it. In the first place, the convenience of modern transportation means enables people to travel abroad as easily as to travel to neighboring cities. In the second place, people could get the updated news happening overseas virtually the moment it takes place thanks to the modern mass media. In the final analysis, the invention and the application of information technology, such as Internet, has greatly changed human‘s way of communication. It accelerates the process of cultural exchange and provides more objective description of other cultures.

From what has been discussed above, we may safely come to the conclusion that cultural exchange has been playing an increasingly important role in people‘s life. With the rapid growth of economy, people are eager to know the culture of other peoples. With the development of science and technology, other cultures are accessible.
