1 Answer the following questions with the information contained in Text B.

1) What was the author going to Stockholm for?

She was to receive the Nobel Prize in Literature in Stockholm.

2) How did she feel about being awarded the Prize?

She was very happy and anxious. And she felt a deep sorrow that her father, to whom she owed her success so much, had passed away and couldn’t share her happiness.
