【摘要】Objective:To analyze lung CT value for the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and superiority. Methods: 80 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients, analysis of the performance of the patient's chest CT lesions fault radiograph. Results: The majority of lung lesions are distributed the next dorsal segment and on the tip after; the CT display a combination of lesions of the lung concealed parts better than chest X-ray; CT examination, emphysema, lesion calcification, bulae, more effective than chest X-ray effect. Conclusion:The use of CT in the diagnosis of tuberculosis, the effect is very good application value, superiority and display rate than chest X-ray.% 目的分析肺 CT 对于肺结核诊断的价值和优越性。方法选取80例肺结核患者，分析患者胸部的 CT 表现、病灶断层、正侧位片等。结果肺内病变多数都是分布在下叶背段和上叶尖后段；CT 显示肺隐蔽部位的结核病变要好于胸片；进行 CT 检查，显示肺气肿、病灶钙化、肺大疱等的效果要比胸片效果好。结论在诊断肺结核的时候，使用CT 的效果很好，有应用价值，具有优越性，显示率要比胸片好。
