GSKX-12系列机床是电主轴(马达内藏式)瑞士走心式高速精密数控车床，属于电脑走心纵切机类型的机床。该类机床适合长径比较大的“细长轴类”零件以及“细小”零件的大批量、多品种、高精度的加工任务。机床的刀具排布采用两轴控制的扇形刀架排布结构，结构简单、换刀快捷、可靠性极高。主轴部分采用电主轴，速度快、精度高，特别适合细小零件的精密加工。机床配有高速精密同步导套，因此可以完成对钢件、不锈钢件的大批量精密加工以实现高品位零件的高速切削。 GSKX-12A型机床无导套，由主轴直接夹持材料进行加工。由于不存在零件与导套配合所产生的间隙的影响，机床的加工精度更高。机床配备三轴钻孔加工功能，可以完成零件轴端的钻孔及攻丝的加工。并且针对客户的零件，可以选配安装具有正面及侧面钻孔、铣扁加工功能的动力刀具功能模块以完成各种轴件的精密钻、铣加工。机床的送料部分可以配备自动送料器，接料部分可安装短件接料器及长件接料器，以实现一人操作、看护多台机床的“一人多机”加工模式，为工厂节省人力资源。还可以配备自动排屑器等多种附加设施并组成柔性加工生产线，以完成自动化加工。本机床最适合加工用于航空、航天、军工、汽车、摩托车、通讯、制冷、光学、家电、微特电子、电子、钟表等行业的各种高精度、多批量、外形复杂的轴类零件的精密复合加工。SKX-12 is Swiss type high speed precision CNC lathes with electric spindle(inner motor). It is a computer Swiss type vertical cutting machine, which is applied to perform process task of long radial work piece with“long and thin” shaft and“small” parts in mass production, rich assortment and high accuracy. The tool arrangement of the machine is distributed to the structure of sector tool post controlled by 2 shafts. It has advantages of simple structure, fast tool changes and high reliability. The spindle is electric spindle, which has the characters of high speed and high accuracy. It is applied to finish machining of small work piece. In additions, the machine is employed to perform finish machining for steel and stainless steel in mass production to realize high speed cutting for work piece with best quality. GSKX-12A has no sleeve and the spindle can clamp materials to process directly. Because there is no interval, which is caused by the combination of work piece and sleeve, the machine can obtain higher machining accuracy. On the one hand, the machine is equipped with machining function of 3-axis drilling to finish drilling and tapping machining of the shaft edge of work piece. On the other hand, to count customers’ workpiece

, the function mode of driving tool, which has machining function of drilling and slab milling with the obverse side and flank side, the driving tool can be selected to accomplish precision drilling and milling for all kinds of shaft. The feeding part of the machine can be fitted with automatic feeder and the receiving part can be installed receiver for long parts and short parts. Thus, the machining mode“one person can operate several machines at a time” is carried out to save human resource for the factory. In additions, the machine can be equipped with automatic chip removal and all kinds of additional equipment to make up flexible machining production line to fulfill automatic process. The machine is fit to precision compound machining of shaft parts having high accuracy, mass serial production and complicated appearance in aviation, spaceflight, war industry, automobile, motorcycle, communication, refrigeration, optics, electrical home appliances, electronics, micro-electronics, clock and so on.
