摘 要

以作为某开发区污水处理厂的初步设计和施工图设计。该处理厂处理城市污水,且水质较复杂:

化学需氧量(CODcr):260mg/L; NH3-N:30mg/L; 处理后的水质要求; BOD5≤20mg/L;

SS≤20mg/L;

CODcr≤60mg/L; NH3-N≤15mg/L;

根据设计要求和求新的思想,该污水处理工程进水中氮含量均偏高,在去除BOD5和SS的同时,还需要进行脱氮处理,故采用当代水处理工艺中较流行的A2/O工艺。

A2/O工艺由于不同环境条件,不同功能的微生物群落的有机配合,加之厌氧、缺氧条件下,部分不可生物降解的有机物能被开环或断链,使得N、P、有机碳被同时去除,并提高对不可降解有机物的去除效果。它可以同时完成有机物的去除,硝化脱氮、磷的过量摄取而被去除等功能,脱氮的前提是NH3-N应完全硝化,好氧池能完成这一功能,缺氧池则完成脱氮功能。厌氧池和好氧池联合完成除磷功能。

此外该工艺还具有高效、节能的特点,且耐冲击负荷较高,出水水质好。因此,更具有广泛的适应性,完全适合本设计的实际要求。本工艺的主要构筑物包括格栅、污水泵房、平流沉砂池、好氧池、厌氧池、缺氧池、二沉池、接触消毒池、浓缩池、污泥脱水机房等。

本设计采用了A2/O为主体工艺,工艺流程相对简单,省去了污泥消化系统,节省了基建投资和运行费用,该工艺处理污水运行稳定,易于管理,出水水质达到设计要求,真正做到了污水的综合利用。

Abstract

It is a preliminary design and construction drawing for the sewage treatment plant

development zone. This plant treats municipal sewage mainly. Its water quality is more complicated:

Suspended substance (SS): 200mg/L;

The chemical oxygen demand (CODcr

NH3-N: 30mg/L;

Treated water quality is required: BOD5≤20mg/L; SS≤20mg/L;

CODcr≤60 mg/L; NH3-N≤15mg/L;

According to the designing requirement and thought of looking for novelty: the content of nitrogen in the municipal sewage is on the high side in this project .so while getting rid of

BOD5 andSS, it should be treated with a proper process. We adopt and use a kind of craft, which is a comparatively popular craft at present named Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic.

The advantage of this comprehensive craft is extensive adaptability , totally suitable for reality originally designed purpose. Its main structures includes gate well , grid , sewage pumping house , earate and sinking sand pool , oxidizing ditch , the second sinking pool, contacting pool , concentration tank , mud to dehydrate in the computer lab etc.

Process due to different environmental conditions, different functions of microbial communities in the organic, combined with anaerobic, anoxic condition, some non-biodegradable organic matter can be open or broken chain, making N, P, organic carbon is also removed, and to enhance non-degradable organic removal. It can simultaneously remove organic matter, nitrification and denitrification, excessive intake of phosphorus was removed and other functions, provided that removal of NH3 - N should be fully nitrification, aerobic tank to complete the function, oxygen tank is complete removal function.
