创业机会识别研究述评：整合的视角

摘 要：创业机会研究迄今为止已取得丰硕成果，但很多研究忽略创业机会产生的本源问题和机会识别过

程中创业者与创业机会之间的交互过程，这束缚了创业研究一些研究方向的发展。本文回顾了创业机会研究的近期进展，阐述创业机会定义的演化过程及不足；梳理创业机会识别存在的不同观点，分析这些观点不同的原因，描述这些观点对创业者机会识别的影响因素；从认识论的信息加工视角整合机会识别的不同观点，认为创业者识别创业机会的过程是发现(模式识别)与创造(启发式思维)的动态组合过程；最后总结并提出未来研究方向。

A Literature Review of Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition

Research：Toward an Integration

Abstract: There are plentiful researches about entrepreneurial opportunity; however, many of them have ignored the

origin of the opportunities and the interactions between opportunity and entrepreneur during the process of recognition. The ignorance wills constraint the potential development of some researches. The paper reviews the recent researches about entrepreneurial opportunity; elaborates the evolution of the definition of entrepreneurial opportunity and its deficiencies; summarizes the different viewpoints of opportunity recognition, analyzes the different foundations and describes their impacts to opportunity recognition; integrates different view points from the epistemology views with the view of information processing—the process of opportunity recognition is the dynamic combination of discovery (algorithm) and creation (heuristic);at last it concludes and suggest future research directions.
