教学目的要求知识目标:

1.Were you in the supermarket ?Yes, I was./ No, I wasn’t.

2.I bought a….

3.were, was, just now, bought, schoolbag, bookstore.

能力目标:使用were / was谈论过去发生的事情。

教学重点难点理解were和was分别是are,am/is的过去式; 听懂运用句型Were you…?进行问答。

教具准备

Tape recorder, cards, some cards.

教学过程

第一课时

Ⅰ.Warmer:

1. Greetings.

2. Free talk.

Ⅱ.Presentation:

1.Review some words.

pen, pencil, book, bag, school…

2.school+bag→sc hoolbag

3. T: Take your schoolbags, getting ready for school. We’ll learn

Lesson 1.

Ⅲ.New Lesson:

1. T:I want to buy a new bag. Where can I go?

S: Supermarket.

2. I’m in the supermarket now.

3. book → bookstore in the bookstore

He / She is in the bookstore.

4. now → just now

Explain it is the past time.

5. Explain these verbs and the past tense.

am / is → was are → were buy → bought

6. Change the sentences.

I was in the … just now.

I bought a ….

7. Were you in the …? Yes, I was.

Practice the sentences in groups.

8. Ask and answer.

9. Learn to say.

(1) Listen and point.

(2) Listen and repeat.

(3) Look and say.

Ⅳ.Homework:

Read the text.

第二课时

Ⅰ.Warmer:

1. Greetings.

2. Free talk.

Ⅱ.Revision

am / is → was are → were buy → bought Ⅲ. Practice:

1. Look and say.

2. Work in pairs.

Were you in the …? Yes, I was.

3.Play a guessing game.

4. Let’s chant.

教学重点难点理解一般过去式,听懂运用句型Where did you go? I went to….问答。

教学过程

Ⅰ.Warmer:

1. Greetings.

2. Chant: Were you in the supermarket?

Ⅱ.Presentation:

1. Review some words about color.

white, black, red….

2. Review the verbs:

Was, were, bought.

3. Guess and answer.

Were you in the supermarket ?Yes, I was./ No, I wasn’t.

4.板书课题:Lesson 2

Ⅲ.New Lesson:

1. New words: at home, yesterday.

a. No, I was n’t in the supermarket. I was at home yesterday. (Teach ‘at home’)

b. today → yesterday

Repeat and practice the word.

2. Ask and answer.

T: Were you at home yesterday?

S: Yes, I was. / No, I wasn’t.

3. Game: Change the word card and answer it quickly.

4. Sentences.

Where did you go? I went to….

Explain do → did, go → went

Clap and answer one by one.

5. Make some sentences and answer.

6. Learn to say.

(1) Listen and point.

(2) Listen and repeat.

(3) Answer my questions then say.

Ⅳ.Practice:

1. Look and say.

2. Ask and answer in pairs.

3. Listen and circle.

4. Learn to write.

3.visit, took, photo, swam, sea, have a good time. 能力目标:谈论过去发生的事情。

教学重点难点visit, take, swim等不规则动词的过去式; 运用动词过去式描述过去发生的事情。

教具准备Tape recorder, cards, some pictures.

教学过程

第一课时

Ⅰ.Warmer:

1. Greetings.

2. Chant: Were you in the supermarket?

Ⅱ.Presentation:

1.Review some words.

supermarket, bookstore, toy store…

2.Free talk.

Were you in the …? Yes, I was. / No, I wasn’t.

Where did you go yesterday? I went to the ….

3.Take out some pictures. Look, Wang Tao went to Beijing this summer.

Do you know where did Sally go?

4.Unit 2 Back to school Lesson 4.

Ⅲ.New Lesson:

1.Look at these pictures.

T: What places did they visit?

S: Big Ben, Beijing, the Great Wall.

2. Did Sally go to England? Did Wang Tao go to Beijing?

Yes, she did. Yes, he did.

3. Did you go to…? Yes, I did.

4. Repeat, spell and chant the verbs and the past tense..

5.Make sentences.
