Safety Operating Regulations for Excavators

一、按要求佩带好劳保用品；

1 Wear PPE according to the requirements;

二、检查各油位及水位；

2 Check oil and water level;

三、启动作业前应鸣笛，禁止无关人员在工作面内停留或通行， 服从现场指挥工的指挥；

3 Sound the horn before starting; staying or walking on the working face is prohibited; obey the orders of commanding workers;

四、两台以上挖掘机在同一平台作业时，其间距不得小于最大挖 掘半径的2.5倍；

5 Distance between two working excavators should not be less

2.5 times the maximum excavating radius;

五、保持驾驶室内的清洁无杂物,每周至少清吹空气滤芯器一次；

六、设备在作业中，如工作仪表指示警报灯亮起提示时，应立即 停止作业，待检查排除故障后方可重新工作； 6 if any warning light is on when working, stop immediately,

七、设备在运行当中如有非正常的震动及噪音时应立即检查或报告工区领导进行诊断排除方可继续作业；

八、向车厢卸矿岩时，应等车辆停好后方可转动铲斗往车厢卸矿岩。禁止铲斗从汽车驾驶室顶上越过,在装载矿岩或其他货物时应均匀装载避免超载、偏载情况;

8 Wait until vehicles are stationary when loading them; shovel should not go over the cab; load squarely and avoid overloading and slanting loading;

九、禁止用铲斗打桩或横扫地面，禁止拖拉着已切入地面的铲斗行驶；

9 Using shovel to fix stake or sweep ground and driving with the shovel partially-buried are prohibited;

十、利用动臂把机体顶起时，严禁进入底盘工作，铲斗高举时不可人员在下面工作；

10 Use the moving arm to lift up machine’s body; working under the chassis is forbidden; do not work under lifted shovels;

11 Lubricating points must be greased daily; maintain and replace the engine and the “three filters” regularly;

十三、认真填写好设备运行记录本；

13 Record carefully the log sheet;

十四、早上启动时至少要空转预热五分钟待水温上升后方可满负荷运行设备，在挖掘机满负荷运行后要低油门空转五分钟后方可熄火；

14 Every morning let excavators run 5 minutes for increment of water temperature, then operate it at full throttle; stop excavators after running 5 minutes at full throttle;

十五、挖掘机在不工作时，应该将设备停放在平地及无可能塌方落石的地方，并关闭先导控制开关。

15 When not working, excavators should be parked in flat ground and switched off.
