WANGHong xiu,YANGJing hui,WANGYing DepartmentofClinicalLab,ShanghaiPulmonaryHospital,Shanghai 200433 Abstract Objective TomeasureADAactivityandlevelsofinterferon andSAintuberculosisandmalignantpleuraleffusionsandtheclinicalsignificance.Method ADAactivityandlevelsof IFNandSAweretestedbycolorimetry,ELISAandfermentmethodrespectively.116caseswithtuberculosispleuraleffusionsand65caseswithmalignantpleuraleffusionswerecompared.Results Theac tivityofADAandthelevelof IFNintubercle spleuraleffusionwerebothobviouslyhigherthanthemalignanttumorpleuraleffusion(P<0 01andP<0 001respectively).ThelevelofSAinmalignanttumorgroupwashigherthanthetuberculosisgroup(P<0 01).Con clusion ThedeterminationofADA, IFNandSAlevelsinthepleuraleffusionsmaycontributetoidentificationoftuberculosisandma lignantpleuraleffusions.

胸腔积液是临床常见的病征,病因较多,其中以结核性、癌性为多见。结核性与恶性胸腔积液因治疗与预后迥然不

同,并且鉴别有时颇为困难。为此,我们检测胸水中腺苷脱氨

酶(ADA)、细胞因子 干扰素( IFN)、唾液酸(SA)值,对其在不同性质胸腔积液中的诊断与鉴别诊断价值进行探讨,现将结果分析如下。

部分ARDS患者氧合状况,对血流动力学等无明显影响,并且

很少引起严重并发症,可用于ARDS的辅助治疗。但现在对应用俯卧位通气的最佳时间,持续时间上尚没有统一标准。
