一.用途

4-72-8c型离心通风机主要用途是为—般工厂及大型建筑物的室内通风换气或输送空气及其它不自燃、不易爆、不挥发、对人体无

害、对钢材无腐蚀性之气体。4-72-8c离心通风机输送的气体均不得含粘性物质，所含尘土及硬质颗粒物不大于150mg／m3，气体温度不得超80℃。

The main use of 4-72-8c type centrifugal fan is for indoor ventilation as factories and large buildings or the air transport and other spontaneous which is not explosive, volatile, on harmful to the human body, no corrosion to steel.The delivery gas by 4-72-8c centrifugal fan shall not contain viscous substances, dust and hard particles containing is no more than 150mg / m3, the temperature of the gas shall not exceed 80 ℃

二.型式

从电机—端正视，凡叶轮按顺时针方向旋转者均称“右旋风机”，以“右”表示，反之则均称之为“左旋风机”以“左”表示。 风机的出风口位置以机壳的出风口角度表示，；4-72-8c出风口调整范围是0～225°,间隔是45°，订货时需注明，若未注明，均按常规方式。

2.Type

三.结构

4-72-8c型离心通风机主要由叶轮、机壳、进风口、电机、传动等部分组成。

3.Structure

A fan of 4-72-8C mainly consists of impeller, case, air inlet, drive and motor.

四.性能与选择

在风机新安装后开始正式运转时或在使用过程中发生流量过大或过小时，可采用下列方法之一消除之： 1) 利用节流装置的起闭度调节流量。 2) 改变风机的转速调节流量。

3) 调换新的压力较高的或较低的风机调节流量。 4) 改变管网阻力,用管网阻力系数调节流量。

4.Function&Selection

After the new installation fan，the flow is too large or too small when began formal operation or in the use process. You can remove it using one of the following methods:

1) Using the close degree of throttle device to regulate the flow. 2) Change the fan speed,adjust the flow.

3) Replace a new high or low pressure fan to regulate the flow.

4) Change the pipe resistance, regulate the flow using the pipe resistance coefficient.

必须指出的是:一般都是采用节流装置来调节流量,但当实际流量比需要流量大的很多时，这种方法浪费电力过多，如果条件允需，通常采用降低风机转速或调换压力较低的风机。

It must be pointed out that: generally use throttling device to adjust the flow, but when the actual flow is much larger than the requiring flow , this method wastes too much power, if conditions allow, usually reduces fan speed or replace a low pressure fan.

当节流装置全开时,流量仍嫌过小，此时节流装置已失去节流作用，故应设法减小管网阻力系数，以增加流量,也可采用增加风机的转速和调换压力较高的风机，但电动机直联和联轴器直联的风机一般都不能改变转速,只有皮带传动的风机可改变皮带轮直径的大小以

增减转速，切记风机的最大转速不可超过性能表所列最高转速，并核算电机功率。

When the throttle device fully open, the flow is still small, the throttling device has lost the throttling effect, therefore, should try to reduce the flow resistance coefficient to increase the flow, but also can be used to increase the fan speed and change a higher pressure fan, but motor direct connection and coupling direct wind machine typically can not change the speed, fan only drive belt can change the diameter of the belt wheel size to increase or reduce the speed, maximum speed can not exceed the performance speed in the table, and calculate the motor power.

五.安装与使用

在安装前首先应准备好安装所需材料和工具，对风机各部机件进行全面检查，对叶轮、机壳、主轴 和轴承等机件更应特别细致检查，如发现损伤，应予修复，然后用煤油清洗轴承箱内部。

5.Installation&Usage

Before installation, the required materials and tools for install should be ready, to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the wind machine parts, should be particularly examination of the impeller, casing, shaft and bearings and other parts carefully , when discover damage, should be repaired, and then cleaning the bearing box with kerosene .

在进行安装操作过程中必须注意下列三点：

1．在一些接合面上，为了防止生锈，减少拆卸困难，应涂上一层润滑油或机械油。 2．在上接合面的螺栓时，如有定位销钉应先上好销钉，再拧紧螺栓。 3．检查机壳内及其它壳体内部，不应有掉入和遗留的工具或杂物。

During the installation process should pay attention to the following three points:

1.In some of the bonding surface, in order to prevent rust, reducing the disassembly difficulty, should be coated with a layer of lubricating oil or lubricating oil.

2.When put on the joint bolt on bonding surface, if has a positioning pin ,pin should be good, then tighten the bolts. 3.Check the housing and other housing, should not fall and legacy tools or sundries.

安装要求 Installation requirements

1.安装风机时，输气管道的重量不应加在机壳上，按图纸校正进风口与叶轮的轴向和径向间隙尺寸， 日保持轴的水平位置。 2.安装进风口管道时，可以直接利用进风口本身的螺栓联接，此时进风口的固定是靠三个沉头螺钉。 3.出风口被安装成某一角度时，后盘适当旋转使标牌在水平位置，其中4-47-8c角钢法兰面应保 4.安装4-72-8c式风机时，利用千分表和塞尺，测 …… 此处隐藏：10404字，全部文档内容请下载后查看。喜欢就下载吧 ……
