摘 要

毕业设计课题为电器盒底板注射模拟及其注射模设计。首先,设计要求运用Pro/E软件对塑料制件进行三维造型,再运用Moldflow对制件进行注射流动模拟分析,最后在此基础上展开模具的具体设计。

塑料件的材料为ABS。ABS的熔化温度在加工时是非常重要的工艺参数。在对塑料件进行Moldflow流动模拟分析后,参考模拟分析结果,如:注塑温度、模具温度、注塑压力、注塑时间、浇口位置、气穴所在位置、熔接痕状况,进行模具结构的优化设计。根据塑料件质量来选取合适的注塑机,根据塑料件结构尺寸来确定模架尺寸,从而进一步对模具上动定模板、垫板、垫块等部分零件的尺寸进行设计。在设计模具的分型面、开模方向、侧抽芯机构、顶出机构等结构时,我们还必须考虑塑料件的几何形状和外观等方面的要求。最后模具总体方案为,一模两腔,潜伏式形式。模具的特点是:滑块在动模,斜导柱在定模,以保证顺利完成侧向抽芯。

此次毕业设计使我更为系统的掌握了所学的专业知识。 关键词:注射模具 电器盒底板 三维造型 模拟流动

Abstract

My graduate design is the injection simulation analysis and the design of the injection mold of the Electrical box of floor.At first, this design acquires us to use Pro/E for the three-dimensional modeling of the plastic workpiece. The next task is the injection simulation analysis of the work-piece by using Moldflow. Then we can determine every details of this design one after another. The workpiece’s material is ABS. The melting temperature of ABS is one of the most impor-tant technical parameters. After carrying on flow simulation analysis for the plastic workpiece with Moldflow,we can optimize the structure of the mould on basis of the simulation results, such as: injection temperature, mold temperature, injection pressure, injection time, the location of the gate, air traps location and melt lines and so on. We can select a proper injecting machine according to the quality of plastic workpiece . And, according to the size of the workpiece, we can also deter-mine the size of the standard mold structure and some parts, such as cavity plate and force plate, support plate and packing block. When we design the mold separates and open-direction, core-pulling and ejection mechanism and so on, we must take account of the workpiece’s geometry, appearance and so on. Finally the structure of the mold is of two cavities, ambush type runner. The characteristics of the mold are that slipper is in moving mold and cam finger is in setting tem-plate, which can ensure the core-pulling accomplished very well.

This graduate design makes me master the professional knowledge more systematically.
