日本国零排株式会社成立于1987年，通过多年来的实际工作经验，形成了一系列有效控制二氧化碳排放的“炭化技术”。日本国零排株式会社与香港公司北京分公司（北京毅丰清洁能源科技发展有限公司 执行董事李西平）共同拟在中国夏津全额投资建立农业秸秆再生新能源制品（木制燃烧颗粒）项目。

三． 项目建设条件

夏津是传统的农业大县，盛产棉花，小麦，玉米，花生，大豆等，具有悠久植棉历史，素有“银夏津”之美誉，常年植棉面积65万亩，年产120万担左右，年产棉秸秆20万吨，玉米种植面积20万亩，年产玉米秸秆10万吨。全县林地总面积30万亩，林木覆盖率为29.8%，年采伐量1500方。

四． 项目内容及建设规模

农业秸秆再生新能源制品（木质燃烧颗粒）项目一期占地70亩，计划逐年度，分布实施，逐步建成年产农业秸秆绿色再生新能源制品100万吨规模的生产企业。

五． 项目投资及资产构成

项目预计总投资4.5亿元人民币。

六． 经济效益分析

项目建成后，年产实现销售收入6亿元，利润9000万元

2. Profile of Project Sponsor

Japan Zero Emission Corporation was established in 1987, based on years of practical experience, to develop series of effective control carbon dioxide emissions, "carbonization technology." Japan Zero-emission Corporation and Hong Kong, Beijing Branch (Beijing Yifeng Clean Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. Executive Director of Li Xi Ping) in China, to propose the establishment of agricultural straw Xiajin full investment of new renewable energy products (wood combustion particles) project.

3. Favorable Conditions for Project

Xiajin is a traditional agricultural county, rich in cotton, wheat, corn, peanuts, and soybeans. Xiajin has a long history in cotton planting, which is known as "silver Xiajin" in reputation. The cotton planting area is 650 thousand MU, and the annual output is about 1.2 million DAN, annual

output of cotton stalks is 0.2 million tons. The corn planting area is 200 thousand MU, annual output of corn stalks is 0.1 million tons. The total area of forest land is 300 thousand MU, forest coverage rate is 29.8%, the annual cutting volume is 1,500 square.

4. Brief of Project

New energy products, renewable agricultural straw (wood combustion particles) project with an area of 70 MU in one phase, will implement and distribute year by year, gradually to build an new enterprise with annual output 1 million tons of agricultural straw green renewable energy products.

5. Investment Budget

Estimated investment will be RMB 450 million.

6. Economic Benefit Analysis

The annual sales income will be RMB 600 million with profit and tax RMB 90 million since the project is completed.
