Therefore, it is of great significance to keep a good mood whenever we are faced with unpleasantness. In my opinion, the importance of keeping a good mood lies in the following aspects.

To begin with, the most important reason is that keeping a good mood is good for our health both physical and mental. It is proverbial that we will get old and may experience a risk of heart disease and other diseases if we often suffer from a bad mood such as anger, depression, anxiety and others. Furthermore, when we are in a bad mood we may be easy to get angry and lose our temper. Thus, we may hurt others’ feelings, which make it possible for us that we will regret in the future. Therefore, we had better keep a good mood always no matter what we come across. Simultaneously, we will feel that everything in the world is so beautiful if we are in a good mood: the sky is bluer, the sunshine is brighter, the water in the river is clearer, and even the air is fresher. In addition, our good mood

can also have a positive effect on others’ mood. Consequently, our charm will be improved.

In conclusion, if we feel like living a happy life, it is necessary that we keep a good mood. Keeping a good mood can put wind in the sails of us on our way to a better life. In a word, if our mood is good and positive, all of our life is good and beautiful.
