及里、由细胞到分子水平的深入, 并且通过化学成的方法得到了不少的抗癌药物,

但这些化学合成的抗癌药大多数对人体的正常细胞产生较严重的毒副作用

(WHO) 的报告表明：全世界癌症患者每年增加1 000万人, 死亡约700 万人, 到

2020 年

, 癌症患者每年将新增2 000 万人。目前, 我国每年大约在超过160 万人患癌症,

130 万人死于癌症, 癌症正成为仅次于心血管疾病严重危害人类健康的“第二杀
