句子中的something 为不定代词，strange意为“奇怪的”，是形容词。形容词修饰不定代词放在不定代词的后面。不定代词有：something, anything, everything, nothing , everybody, nobody等等。

1、there be 句型的过去式

【精解】there be 句型的过去式就是把be变成相应的过去式，即把is 或are 变成was或were。具体句式变化如下：

①肯定句： There was/ were ＋ 主语＋其他

②否定句：There was/ were not ＋ 主语＋其他 ③疑问句： Was/ were ＋there＋ 主语＋其他 ？ 肯定回答：Yes，there was/ were . 否定回答：No，there wasn’t / weren’t.

2. I felt a little sad, ……. 我感到有点儿难过，……. 【精解】句子中得a little 相当于一个副词，来修饰形容词 sad，意为“有些，有几分” 。a little 一般修饰不可数名词，意为“一点儿”。
