UNT-TYOilPurifier

一、准备工作

(1)Preparation:

1、从外观检查本机有无缺损，打开电器检查各处保险是否齐全，电器接头有无松动，电器元件有无潮湿和损坏，并清除各处杂物。

(1).Checkingtheappearancetoseeifthereisanydamage,checkingtheelectricalequipmenttoseeifallthesafetydeviceisalreadyandiftheconnectionofelectricalequipmentisnotfixed,aswellasiftheelectricalcomponentsisdampordamage.Andcleanallthesundries.

2、用手转动真空泵皮带2-3转，查看真空泵是否正常，紧固点及皮带有无松动现象。

(2).Turningthevacuumpumpbeltfor2or3roundsbyhand,andcheckifthevacuumisnormalandfixedpointorbeltisfixed.

3、检查真空泵油，是否在油标线上，如低于油标线，应补加，高于油标线时，应排掉部分泵油，使其保持在油标线上。

(3).Checkingvacuumpumpoilifitreachabovetheoillevel,ifnot,add/removeittotheoillevel

4、接上总电源线和地线。

(4).Connectgeneralpowersupplyandzeroline

5、将本机的进出油分别接到待净化的储油容器上进行循环过滤，要求容器和管道内部必须清洁，储油容器液面不能低于本机进口管500mm以下。

(5).Connectingthepipeofoilinandouttooilstoragecontainercontainingbeingpurifiedoiltomakerecyclefiltration,whichrequirescleannessinsidethecontainerandpipe,andtheliquidlevelofoilstoragecontainershould500mmhigherthanthatofoilinpipeofthemachine.

二、操作

2.Operation

1、启动真空泵，打开抽气阀、进油阀，待油液吸如分离罐到1/3油位时，启动排油泵，输出油液。

(1).Startingthevacuumpumpandgaspumpingvalve,oilinvalve,aftertheoilispumpedintoseparationtankandget1/3level,startingtheoiloutpumptogettheoilout.

2、将温控仪旋钮预置在所需温度上，加热器自动启动，并保持恒温加热。

(2).Turningtheknoboftemperaturetosettherequiredtemperature,theheaterwillbestartedautomaticallyandkeepconstanttemperature.13938702190

3、运行时注意观察分离罐内泡沫，泡沫过多时，可手动调整补气阀，消除泡沫后应关闭。

(3).Observingthefoamintheseparationtankduringrunning,incaseofexcessivefoam,youcanadjustthevacuumadjustmentvalvebyhandtoeliminatethefoambeforeclosingit.

4、运行中应随时观察真空泵油，乳化情况，并同时排除部分水份，乳化严重时应更换真空泵油，这样做非常重要，可以提高真空使用寿命。

(4).Observingtheemulsificationofvacuumpumpoilallthetimeduringitsrunning.Incaseofseriousemulsification,thevacuumpumpoilshouldbechanged,whichisveryimportanttoimprovethelifeserviceofvacuumpump.

5、运行中应随时监视滤油机的工作情况（如流量、真空度、压力、电动机等是否运转正常）。

(5).Supervisingtheworkingconditionofoilpurifierallthetime,suchasflowrate,vacuumrange,pressureandmotor.

三、停机操作

3.Stoppingthemachine:

1、将温度控制仪旋钮调整在零位，温控器自动断开加热器电源。

(1).Settingthetemperaturetozero,whichwillstoptheheatingautomatically.

2、运行5分钟后，关闭进油阀、抽气阀，再停真空泵。

(2).After5minuteslater,closetheoilinvalve,gaspumpingvalvethenstopvacuumpump.

3、待油液排尽后，停止油泵。

(3).Stoptheoilpumpaftertheoilisdrainedout.

四、维护保养

4.MaintenanceWork:

1、设备每运行200小时应检查。

After200hoursrunning,youshouldchecktheitemsbelow:

1）、电器控制系统是否安全、可靠。

Theelectricalequipmentcontrollingsystemissafeandreliable.

2）、温控仪是否灵敏、可靠、准确。

Temperaturegaugeissensitive,reliableandprecise.

3）各泵轴封是否损坏、泄漏。

Thesealofallpumpsisdamagedorleaked.

4）各管路系统及密封处有无漏气、漏油现象。

Thereisleakageofgasoroilinthepipesystemandsealedpoints.

5）液位控制是否可靠。

Theliquidcontrollingisreliable.

6）工作压力是否正常，如有异常，应立即排除。

Theworkingpressureisnormal.Incaseofabnormalcondition,itshouldbesolvedimmediately.

2、随时注意补加真空泵油或更换真空泵油。

Attheattentionofadditionalvacuumpumpoilorreplacementofvacuumpumpoil

3、电动机运行3000小时后，应补加ZL-2或ZL-3。

After3000hoursrunningofthemotor,themotorshouldbeaddedZL-2orZL-3.

4、如果停机一月以上，本机应放在干燥地方，关闭电器柜。
