摘 要

国际贸易是国际关系第一种形式之一。在世界经济形成之前人们就积极忙于商品贸易，也就是用他们富余的东西去换所缺乏的东西。因此国际贸易推动了整个世界贸易的形成。

在百年间外贸曾经是主要的国际经济关系，因为世界经济关系的增长加速了国际劳动力分工的进程，把所有的国家连接成了一个经济整体。并且俄罗斯也属于国际贸易的积极参与者。俄罗斯主要的优势以前是市场容量大和相对稳定的宏观经济。但是现在俄罗斯的竞争力处于不稳定的水平。世界经济论坛公布了2009-2010年133个国家的竞争能力等级。根据全球竞争力分析报告，俄罗斯从第51名跌落到第63名，落后于诸如塞尔维亚，土耳其，墨西哥，巴拿马和马夫里基这些国家。

俄罗斯对外贸易发展的主要特点是：取得了较大成就。但发展不稳定；出口以能源和原材料为主，进口食品和日用消费品比重较大；欧盟是重要贸易伙伴。亚太经合组织占比重较小；保持着巨大贸易顺差。２１世纪初。俄罗斯对外贸易将由前两年的下降变为上升。得到一定的发展，其他贸易特点将继续存在，俄中贸易稳步增长。

俄罗斯对外贸易尽管存在某些问题，但总的趋势是向前发展的。取得了一定的成就。对经济起了巨大的支撑作用。目前，俄罗斯经济出现了恢复性增长，国际市场行情对出口有力，对外贸易将扭转下降局面，开始恢复和增长。

现在的经贸关系总体上来说保留了以前的特征，燃料能源产品，黑色和有色金属，肥料，机械制造产品成为了商品交换活动的主要部分。

所选的题目非常地实际，因为外贸环境对经济的形成和发展，国家预算的编制，维持国民的福利提供了极大的可能性。此项工作的目的是为了研究俄罗斯联邦外贸的结构、动态和确定其可能的发展方向。

The Analysis of the Russia’s foreign trade commodity

structure

Abstract

International trade is one of the first forms of international relations . Before the formation of the world economy that people actively engaged in merchandise trade , which is something to enchant with their lack of surplus stuff . Therefore, international trade promotes the formation of the world trade.

In the hundred years of foreign trade was a major international economic relations , because the relationship between the growth of the world economy has accelerated the process of the international pision of labor , all connected into a national economy as a whole . And Russia also belongs to an active participant in international trade. Russia used to be the main advantage of the large market size and relative macroeconomic stability . But now Russia 's competitiveness in an unstable level. The World Economic Forum announced the competitiveness level of 2009-2010 133 countries. According to the Global Competitiveness Report , Russia dropped from 51 to Section 63 , behind such as Serbia, Turkey, Mexico , Panama and Mafuliji those countries.

The main characteristics of Russian foreign trade development are that the trade is progressing greatly, but then it develops unsteadily; the major export goods are energy and raw materials, while food and articles of every-day use account for a large proportion of imports. European Union is an important trade partner of Russia, but Asian-Pacific Economic Cooperation Conference constitutes only a smaller proportion in the trade with Russia; and Russia maintains a very favorable balance of trade. At the beginning of the 21st century, Russian foreign trade after a decline in the past two years will develop to a certain extent with the other characters mentioned above and Sino-Russian trade will increase steadily.

Although there are some problems of Russia’s foreign trade, but the general trend is developing ahead and have been made achievements. It played a great supporting role on the economy. So far the Russia economy has resumed growth and the international market of export, foreign trade will reverse the decline, began to recovery and growth.
