摘 要

鉴于我国目前资金短缺，工业生产规模小的特点，用较小的资金迅速改变机械工业

落后的生产面貌，使之尽可能地提高自动化程度，保证生产质量，减轻劳动强度，提高经济效益，而实现这一任务有效的、基本的途径就是普及以及应用经济型数控机床。

经济型数控车床是特定时期需求的产物，对于发展中国家工业重工化阶段的初期，经济型数控车床具有较优越的性价比，价格低廉，设备费用投入较少，可以广泛的满足企业发展初期的需要，受到企业，特别是受到民营企业的欢迎。对一个经济还不太发达的国家来说，经济型数控车床既经济又合理，符合我国国情。

经济型数控车床CJK6140采用由8031芯片为主构成开环控制系统,其进给系统是步

进电机通过消隙齿轮箱，带动滚珠丝杠转动，从而实现工作台沿机床导轨的水平移动。经济型数控车床CJK6140具有加工精度高，稳定性好，生产效率高，工作可靠，价格低等优点。

机床数控化改造可以加工出传统机床加工不出来的曲线、曲面等复杂的零件。数控

机床比传统机床有以下突出的优越性，由于计算机可以瞬时准确地计算出每个坐标轴瞬时应该运动的运动量，因此可以复合成复杂的曲线或曲面；可以实现加工的自动化，而且是柔性自动化，从而效率可比传统机床提高3～7倍；由于计算机有记忆和存储能力，可以将输入的程序记住和存储下来，然后按程序规定的顺序自动去执行；加工零件的精度高，尺寸分散度小，使装配容易，不再需要"修配"；可实现多工序的集中，减少零件 在机床间的频繁搬运；拥有自动报警、自动监控、自动补偿等多种自律功能，因而可实现长时间无人看管加工。

数控机床，在设计上要达到：有高的静动态刚度；运动副之间的摩擦系数小，传动

无间隙；功率大；便于操作和维修。机床数控改造时应尽量达到上述要求。不能认为将数控装置与普通机床连接在一起就达到了数控机床的要求，还应对主要部件进行相应的改造使其达到一定的设计要求，才能获得预期的改造目的。

纵向进给机构的改造：拆去原机床的溜板箱、光杠与丝杠以及安装座,配上滚珠丝

杠及相应的安装装置，纵向驱动的步进电机及减速箱安装在车床的床尾,不占据丝杠空间。横向进给机构的改造：拆除横向丝杠换上滚珠丝杠,由步进电机带动。总体设计方案:CJK6140车床主轴转速部分保留圆机床的手动变速功能。车床的纵向和横向进给运

机床数控改造主要步骤：改造前的技术准备，原机床的全面保养，保留的电气部分

最佳化调整，原系统的拆除必须对照原图纸，仔细进行，及时在图纸上作出标记，防止动采用步进电机驱动。最后,根据已知条件对纵向横向伺服进给机构进行设计与计算。
