A Research Based on Yunnan Province

Abstract: The international financial crisis provides opportunities for the internationalization of RMB, in which

RMB regionalization is an important progress. Yunnan province has unique geographical advantages, where RMB is widely used in its surrounding countries, so it is important to make a research on the transnational circulation of RMB in this area. The transnational circulation of RMB can produce many benefits, but at the same time it may bring some impacts on financial security. The paper focuses on analyzing the impact of transnational circulation of RMB on banking security from six aspects, and puts forward some relevant policy recommendations.Key words: transnational circulation of RMB; banking; financial security

Global Coordination in Coping Strategies for the Financial Crisis and Interdependence between National Economic Interests: An Analysis of the Shift of Financial Lifeboat from Dispersedness to Association

Abstract: In the background of economic globalization，a country’s improving the efficiency of national

economic policies needs other countries to coordinate because countries in the world have different views, and the lack of necessary coordinative strategies has led to the worsening situation of the crisis in its early stage. Grim reality has made all countries recognize the importance of global coordination in coping strategies for the global financial crisis and the fact of interdependence between national economic interests, and thus adjust their macroeconomic policies and strength their international cooperation so as to avoid more loses. Therefore, the paper suggests that China should participate in the rescue of global financial crisis based on its own conditions, undertake obligations to improve its international position, and promote the reform of global financial system in order to protect its economic interests.
