新经济时代，信息技术的迅猛发展，这极大地促进了企业经营的全球化进程，同时也使企业间竞争越来越激烈。争取第一利润（以扩大产量、降低单位生产成本为核心竞争力）和第二利润（以扩大销售为核心竞争力）已到极限，从而使降低供应链成本成了第三利润源，供应链成了提升企业核心竞争力的重要力量，企业间的竞争转化成供应链间的竞争。供应链绩效评价是供应链管理的关键组成部分，对其进行系统深入的研究对于供应链管理的实施发展以及具体运用具有重大意义。

本文在深刻理解供应链及供应链管理理论知识的基础上，阐述了供应链和供应链管理理论研究发展历程，系统地研究了供应链绩效评价的概念、特点、原则以及供应链绩效评价的基本组成。并且对常用的供应链绩效评价体系（SCOR 模型、平衡记分卡法模型）进行了具体介绍和分析，指出了其中的优点与不足。在此研究基础上，本文结合多目标层次分析理论建立了基于供应链总体效益的供应链绩效评价指标体系，并且结合权变理论指出了其在具体情境中的运用，依据实际应用情况的不同，给出了根据绩效评价改进和完善的确定方法，并且进行了实例分析。如此更好地满足了供应链绩效评价指标体系的设计要求，使绩效评价体系更具系统完整性和实际应用性。最后，文章提出有待进一步研究的问题。

In the new economical time, the development of information technology enormously promoted the globalization advancement which the enterprise managed, and simultaneously also caused the enterprise to compete more and more intensely. Striving for the first profit (think expanding output and reducing production cost as core competence) and the second profit (think expanding sale as core competence) will be to the limit, thus reducing the supply chain’s cost is becoming the third profit source. What’s more, supply chain has become important strength of promoting enterprise’s core competence, and enterprise's competition transformed the competition among the supply chains. Performance measurement of supply chain is the core of supply chain management. So study on performance measurement of supply chain will be the great significance for implementation development and concrete utilization of supply chain.

After profound understanding supply chain and supply chain management theory knowledge, this article elaborated development process of supply chain and supply chain management; has systematically studied supply chain’s performance measurement concept, the characteristic, the principle and basic content. In addition this article introduces and summarizes the common supply chain’s performance measurement system (The SCOR Model, the SBC Model) and analyzes their merit and lack. In the foundation, this article establishes performance measurement system based on the supply chain’s total benefit using the multi-objective analytic hierarchy theory, points out the concrete utilization of supply chain’s performance measurement system using the contingency theory, gives inspection and the definite improvement method of performance measurement system, and implements case’s analysis. So it has well satisfied the performance measurement system’s design request and it is more practicable. Finally, it carries out the summary on research work, and proposed the further study’s question.
