The instructions below apply to a typical mounting arrangement. Variations may be allowed, provided that they comply with the requirements in Appendix B.4.

1. Clean the foundation and other mounting surfaces.

清理地基和其他装备的表面。

2. Fit the lower adapter plate to the load cell. Tighten the screws (included in delivery) with a

torque wrench to 24Nm.

安装下垫板。用24Nm的转矩扳手拧紧螺丝。

3. Fit the load cell and the lower adapter plate to the foundation, but do not fully tighten the

screws.

安装测压单元和底垫板到地基，但不要上紧螺丝。

4. Fit the upper adapter plate to the load cell. Tighten the screws (included in delivery) with a

torque wrench to 24Nm.

安装上垫板。用24Nm的转矩扳手拧紧螺丝。

5. Fit the bearing housing and the roll to the upper adapter plate, but do not fully tighten the

screws.

把轴承座和张力辊安放在上垫板，但不要拧紧螺丝。

CAUTION 注意

When mounting bearing or other adjacent details to adapter plates, screws must not protrude into the load cell. The load cell can be damage by an excessive applied force.

安装轴承或其他类似的到垫板时，螺丝不能高于到压头。否则额外的作用力可能将其损坏。

6. Adjust the load cells according to the installation requirements. Tighten the founation screws.

按安装要求调节压头。拧紧地基螺丝。

7. Adjust the roll according to the installation requirements. Tighten the screws in the upper
